JM Aviation is founded by Jim Wright and Matt Hoskins, bringing together decades of experience in aviation and business ownership.
Jim Wright is a dual-rated Airline Transport Pilot with extensive experience flying corporate jets, from Lear Jets to Boeing 737 BBJs, as well as helicopters. He’s also a licensed aircraft maintenance technician, ensuring safety and reliability in all operations.
Matt Hoskins is a lifelong entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience as a business owner in construction, commercial property, and consulting industries. He started his entrepreneurial journey in college while attending the University of Iowa. Matt also spent seven years in the insurance industry as an independent catastrophe adjuster.
Together, their complementary skillsets in aviation and business creates a strong, well-rounded foundation for JM Aviation.
